Victoria's role at Santa Maria and Company is claims oversight and advocacy. She works closely with clients and the insurance company claims adjusters and attorneys to ensure the matter is getting proper attention and resources. She also provides coverage analysis in an effort to trigger coverage. Victoria is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Golden Gate University School of Law with Honors. She was awarded the Am Jur Award for her writing, published an article nationally, earned Dean's List honors and served as an editor of the Golden Gate Law Review. The concentration of her legal practice was complex construction defect cases where she conducted mediations and trials, negotiated settlements, lead depositions, and drafted motions and responded to discovery. The majority of her practice involved analyzing coverage.
